Bangkok Foodie: Ceresia Coffee Roasters, Phrom Pong

I had heard of Ceresia Coffee Roasters but just stumbled on it few weeks ago. With its homey vibe and great knowledge on coffee beans, this little café is one of the best in town.

A little description
Owned by a Thai-Venezuelan family,  Ceresia Coffee Roasters is an Artisanal Specialty Coffee Roaster, which sells single origin and original blended coffee sourced from a variety of farms worldwide, roasted in small batches and rotated seasonally. They are now introducing Finca El Aguila from El Salvador.

How does it look like?
I really love the homey atmosphere with only few seats and a big communal table. You can also see the big roaster at the back of the shop, making it look very artisanal.

How do they treat you?
If it can get busy on the weekend, the service is warm and friendly. As the owners are foreigners, their English is perfect which is always a plus for expats.

How is the food?
I really enjoyed their latte, very flavorful. Their homemade cakes: the carrot cake and the croissants are very yummy and filling.

I will definetly go back for more. It is the perfect place to bring your friend for a quick catch up in town, for a breakfast when you feel far from home or for a little cup of joe with your family. Fr those who want to purchase their coffee beans, it is the best place to find rare varieties.
